VETERIX Ltd is an Israeli start-up company focused to develop an advanced and sophisticated Cattle Health Diagnostic System (CHDS) for the industry of beef livestock and dairy cattle. The system consists of a telemetric monitoring system based on state-of-the-art wireless communications technology and digital signal processing in order to provide automatic and continuous monitoring and control of vital physiological parameters of each animal.

The company was founded in 2004, and it operates in the framework of MEYTAG High Tech Ventures - a technological incubator operating with the support of the Office of the Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (OCS).

The novel and innovative CHDS tool will function as an expert system dedicated to improve the quality of livestock products and reduce the threat of disease, whether related disasters and bio terrorism attacks by providing early warning signals for potential pathological conditions and disease outbreaks. VETERIX is committed to improve animal health and welfare, as well as to enhance the meat and milk quality and increase efficiency of production.
